Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to access our content until the end of your current billing period. Please note, this policy does not apply to free trials. If you cancel a free trial, your premium access will end immediately.


If you do not cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, it will automatically renew. This was outlined when you first subscribed and confirmed via the email from our external billing provider.


Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of your initial payment. If eligible, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent charges, except for annual subscriptions. Please note, you must not have downloaded or viewed any content since your most recent billing date to be eligible for a refund.


To cancel your subscription, please follow a two-step process. First, click “Cancel Subscription” on our website, then confirm the cancellation via the email you will receive.


If you sign up for a free trial and do not wish to continue with a monthly subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends. Refunds for trial conversions are accepted within 14 days of the first payment, provided no content has been downloaded or viewed.


Refunds must be requested through our Customer Care team and are not automatically processed upon cancellation.
